Covid 19 Recovery Certificates

Please be advised that the Medical Centre does not provide recovery letters for travel.  Some private GP’s/private practices do offer this chargeable service, please do not contact the Medical Centre to request a certificate as we will be unable to provide it.

Booking Your Travel Vaccinations at the Medical Centre


  • We advise you book a travel consultation at least 8 weeks in advance to ensure you receive the full course of all your required immunisations.

  • If you request a consultation at short notice, we cannot guarantee you an appointment and you may be asked to seek advice privately.

  • Not all vaccinations are covered under the NHS and may incur a cost. If you require a course of vaccinations, you will be asked to pay for the full course during your initial consultation. We accept payment by cash, cheque and debit cards.

  • Due to high demand for travel appointments during the summer term we will be unable to offer travel appointments/advice to patients who are not registered at the Medical Centre and you will not be able to register for this purpose only.

  • If you are not fully registered at the Medical Centre and still require an appointment, you could contact your home/registered GP who should be able to offer you an appointment.

  • Alternatively, you can go online to find the nearest private travel clinic. Listed below are two travel clinics in the area:
