Covid-19 update

Suspension of Services due to Covid-19 outbreak.

We have temporarily suspended the following services at the Medical Centre in line with local and national advice:-

  • Routine/planned care but we will continue to deal with urgent and emergency medical problems and you can call reception on 01509 277577 to arrange a telephone consultation.
  • Online appointment booking
  • Face to face consultations; except where a clinician has already triaged by telephone or video consultation; assessed; and made you an appointment at the surgery themselves.
  • Adult injections other than those relating to cancer treatment
  • Travel vaccinations

Please consider carefully whether you need to speak to a clinician; many medical problems can be dealt with using simple self-care measures as detailed on the NHS website. https://www.nhs.uk/ or by speaking to your local pharmacist.
